General Terms and Conditions for Erasmus Courses in Czechia

1. Introduction 1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the rules and conditions for participation in educational courses organized by Erasmus Courses in Czechia, Company ID: [Company ID] (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). 1.2. These Terms are binding for all participants who register for any course organized by the Organizer.

2. Course Registration 2.1. The course registration is considered valid, and a spot on the course is reserved only after the course fee has been paid. The participant is required to pay the course fee in accordance with the payment terms specified in the invoice. 2.2. The participant is obligated to provide truthful and complete information during the registration process. The Organizer is not responsible for any consequences resulting from providing incorrect information.

3. Course Fee and Payment Terms 3.1. The course fee is specified in the description of the specific course on the Organizer's website or in the confirmation email. 3.2. The participant is required to pay the course fee before the start of the course, in accordance with the payment terms specified in the invoice. 3.3. Payment for the course can be made via bank transfer. 3.4. If the participant fails to make the payment by the due date, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the participant's registration for the course.

4. Cancellation of Course Participation 4.1. If the participant is unable to attend the course for any reason, they may send a replacement. 4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient number of participants, illness of the instructor, etc.). In such a case, the full course fee will be refunded to the participant.

5. Course Execution 5.1. The course will take place on the date and at the location specified in the invitation, unless otherwise agreed. 5.2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the course date or location, with participants being informed at least 3 days before the scheduled course date. 5.3. The participant agrees to attend the course in full and to arrive on time for the scheduled sessions.

6. Rights and Obligations of Participants 6.1. The participant agrees to respect the behavioral rules set by the Organizer during the course. 6.2. The participant is required to follow the instructions of the instructors and organizers and to comply with safety regulations. 6.3. The participant is responsible for their personal belongings and property during the course.

7. Organizer's Liability 7.1. The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury or property damage incurred by the participant during the course unless the accident was caused by negligence or breach of duty on the part of the Organizer.

8. Personal Data 8.1. The participant agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of registration, communication, and course-related notifications.

9. Final Provisions 9.1. These Terms are valid and effective from the date of their publication on the Organizer's website. 9.2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend and update these Terms without prior notice.
